At Let’s Zol, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and our team will assist you. We offer store credit or exchanges only, depending on the situation — no cash refunds are provided.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to hygiene and legal regulations, certain items such as cannabis buds, pre-rolls, edibles, and opened vape products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will always be clearly marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We offer same-day delivery via Uber Collect for customers near our warehouse. The delivery fee depends on how far you are from our location.
For all other orders, nationwide door-to-door shipping is available at a flat rate of R100.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days for local areas and up to 5 working days for remote locations. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
